Curve Industries Terms of Use
The Curve Industries Design studio is a powerful design tool that puts your passion and imagination in the driver seat. Prior to fulfilling your purchase, you must accept and have strictly adhered to the following terms and conditions.
1) All logos found in the Clip Art section of the studio and this site with the exception of the Curve Industries logo may be used in your design only after gaining permission from that manufacturer, organization or entity.
2) Under no circumstances should the Curve Industries design studio be used to assemble artwork, logos or text with a negative theme or message directed at a manufacturer, organization or entity.
3) Use of the Design Studio for customization of any kind on any product is strictly the responsibility of the user. Curve Industries will not accept merchandise returns or issue refunds of any kind for any product that has been customized.
4) All of the designs found on this site are the unique property of Curve Industries and are not to be used or reproduced outside of the design studio.
5) Curve Industries reserves the right to deny printing of any custom artwork at its discretion. In the event that Curve Industries finds it necessary to exercise this condition of purchase, the transaction will be terminated and where applicable, a refund will be issued to the customer in full.
6) Curve Industries is NOT responsible for lost artwork.
